My Story:

My name is Paul Squadrito and I’ve been in the water improvement industry for the past 23 years.  Most of my background has been at the wholesale supply level (I’d been supplying these knuckle-heads their equipment and looked over the counter and said to myself, self you could do so much better) until I decided I could create a company that would bring honesty and integrity to an industry that was woefully lacking in both. I take great pride in every job I do; it’s this personal pride in workmanship that separates me from the big guys.  Actually, pride in workmanship is only one of the many ways I separate myself from the giants.  I truly built my business on the Godly principle of honesty and integrity.  Fair pricing, customer referrals and loyalty is my idea of advertising.  My customers become my friends.  I enjoy solving their problems efficiently and economically.  Sadly, this industry has its share of  unethical companies.  Often I hear stories of folks getting ripped off and over paying for inferior equipment.  You must protect yourselves.  Do a little research and be sure before you commit.

UPDATE!!!! SOON I'LL BE ADDING RECENT INFO, PICS AND AWESOME NEW TECHNOLOGY! My pricing is well below the industry average because I’m small, independent owner-operator.  I don’t over advertise, creating a huge budget burden that has to get passed on to my customers.  I fully intend to remain the low price leader, without sacrificing on quality, professional workmanship and after sales service.  You’ve heard the old adage “you get what you pay for” well it’s doesn’t hold true in this industry.  If you’re not careful you’ll spends thousands too much for second rate equipment, poorly installed and horrible service.  I sell the nation’s leading manufacturer of control valves, along with one the most expensive resins, professionally installed for thousands less.  You get more than a fair deal with me, that's the truth!

FAQs

Q.              Why does water treatment equipment cost so much?

A.               It doesn’t have too, but there are many rip-off companies out there that thrive on high-pressure flim/flam sales tactics.  Actually, you are more likely to run into one of these than a reputable company because their tactics rely heavily on advertising and marketing.  The odds are, they’ll find you, then its up to you to figure out if they’re honest or not.  Trust your gut feelings, if you sense something is wrong and they are pushy you’re probably right.  A city water user looking to remove hardness should expect a cost range of 1000. to 1500. well system owners may have to spend twice that.  Remember, a company that spends tens of thousands of dollars a month an advertising has to pay for that by marking up their product to ridiculous levels.  Also, you should call the Better Business Bureau (407-621-3300) and ask what kind of company you’re dealing with.

 Q.              All water treatment equipment is basically the same and a long warranty is important, right?

A.     NNNNNoooooo no no!  There are many greatly different products and methods for water improvement each with their own set of pros and cons.  First, you must identify what you are trying to do.  Find out what’s wrong with your water and then ask what method they recommend to improve it.  It’s up to you to investigate and educate yourself.  Don’t put to much stock in super long warranties.  Most manufacturers have good, standard warranties against manufacturer defects.  The problem lies in what the installation company deems "manufacturer defect".  More often than not, after the first year or so your installation company will say the problem is caused by something else.  Some companies offer so-called lifetime warranties and simply won’t live up to their promises.  A record of their broken promises exists so call the Better Business Bureau (407-621-3300) and ask what kind of company you’re dealing with. Oh! Did I say that before, well I’ll say it fifty times if need be, make that call!!!!!!!
